They say knowledge is power, so helping kids & teens be more financially literate is just one way to empower them.
I designed these Entrepreneur Flash Cards for Nehemiah Davis, a Philadelphia-based serial entrepreneur. Each card contains a icon, term, and definition connected to finance, business, or entrepreneurship.
This deck of cards was designed to be used by older kids (there was already one for younger children), so we went with a colorful, yet mature design.
In addition to designing the cards, I designed a custom box to contain the entire deck.
As and adult, I'm learning things about money and business that I could have been putting into practice as a teenager. Knowing what's possible and how to maximize your opportunities is freeing. That's why I'm grateful for projects like this that empower urban youth to dream big.
